  • The WORST chinese beauty spa ever. Their only goal is our to get all the money in your pocket and no care about how your skin/treatment actually fits you. I have been here a couple times because I have bought a package. Example, I put $1000 credit into my account, each time i do a treatment they take a portion away. So sounds okay to me. I said could my mother use this. They said of course when I was paying. My mother went seperately to get her treatment, i've already communicated with them that they should debit my account. When my mother went their, they said there's no money in my account, and forced her to pay another $350. When I called back, they said they'll never checked and didn't know. Straight out lieing about trying to get my mother to pay more. In terms of service, they are always rushing with the facials, never once was I not rushed. Their hands are rough and each time I'm left with residue when I leave the place. DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you want annoying sales lady with terrible customer service with your face. ALSO the boss lady has terrible skin herself....like BAD BAD skin...that should have been my first warning sign.
