This place has the WORST customer service!
My first experience: Not horrible. I made an appointment with Miley (referred from a friend) to do my nails. Upon arrival they told me that I didn't make an appointment specifically with her (which I obviously DID.) She had just started with another customer and made her switch with another technician so Miley could do my nails. I appreciated it since I wanted her, but I felt bad for the other customer who had to switch stations. She did in fact, do a great job on my nails.
Second experience: Months later, made another appointment WITH MILEY. Same day appointment. I walk in a few minutes before my appointment and a different nail technician begins doing my nails. I didn't want to make a big deal about it because truthfully I really just wanted Miley for my nails - I don't mind who does my pedi. This woman didn't speak a lick of English &couldn't understand anything I was saying or asking for.. so I decided on just a black polish. She was whatever - nothing special.
As I'm about to go over to the stations for my mani I see that Miley has another customer already so I sat down with the owner, the woman in the first chair. I told her I was supposed to go to Miley but it was fine, since I was already annoyed by this point. Miley says "how was I supposed to know?"
UM, BECAUSE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? And, when I walked into the salon I stated "I have a 4:30 with Miley." I figured they would understand. Then they continued to talk about me and the situation in their foreign language - &let's be real, we all know that you're talking shit!
ALSOOOOO- I don't think watching BIZARRE FOODS is appropriate in a "salon" setting. Maybe it's just me but I don't want to listen about lamb heads while I'm trying to relax. So gross.
Apparently from other reviews, I'm not the only one with scheduling issues.
