Never again. Booked on hotwire so didn't choose this hotel specifically. Check in took FOREVER and the line really wasn't that long. What are they typing into the computer that takes so freaking long to get you checked in? When I casually mentioned it to the man at the counter to see if there was another staff member to help out cause I felt bad for all the people in line, he looked at me like "so what? How dare you complain?" He told me it was 3 hours to check in on weekends and I should be thankful it wasn't a friday night. Ridiculous!
Then he tells me he has to charge me an additional $8 or so for resort fees. When you book on hotwire, isn't everything supposed to be included already? If I had known that, I would have booked the 4 star for $12 more and saved myself the headache of this classless establishment. Learning experience...don't book anything less than 4 star in Vegas under any circumstances. No free Starbucks in the morning or free cocktail last night. No effort to resolve the issue. Customer service is not a word understood here!
The room was decent. It was clean and adequate. Bed was comfortable. I almost gave 2 stars cause the room was fine but a hotel is not just about the room, especially in Vegas.
Buffet was gross. Bf looked at it and walked away. That should tell you something. We both got completely lost in the maze from the parking garage to hotel check in. I tried to call the front desk to check out and was put on hold forever. Are there only three employees running this whole place? I'm sooooo tired of poor customer service everywhere I go. Grump!
