  • Went for the first time today with my mom and my daughter who's birthday was today. My oldest I took for her first "manicure" (just a simple polish) on her third bday so I thought I'd continue this. We were seated quickly and my moms nails and my nails turned out nice, but my tech was rude!!! He didn't talk, barked commands, gave my daughter the side eye, she was sitting quietly, just watching a movie, and occasionally getting up to show me a new color for her nails. She's never seen so many polishes. Then he would just give an irritated sigh. They made her go last (first mistake, she was bored and scared of the whole thing once he grabbed her hand and started filing without even talking to her). She's never had her nails filed so she pulled back her hand. He quickly just shut off the light and wrapped up and left the chair. So she didn't get any kind of special moment on what should have been a fun part of her day. Once done he was rushing me to pay even though I told him I was with my mom and I didn't know how we were splitting it. Once I paid he stood there and waited for me to tip him... this was the younger guy with longer hair. Didn't even get his name because he wouldn't talk to me other than "here, put your hand in, dry them" A lady next to my mom was there for the first time as well and she was shocked to see such a bad treatment of a sweet baby. I will never recommend this place or go back.
