  • I got the salmon salad with the Parmesan truffle fries at Food Truck Friday's last night. The fries are probably the best I've had. They're great! I have to say I was disappointed in the salad. The salmon was good, but the greens underneath were shredded iceberg lettuce. This just reminds me of a McDonald's hamburger and grabbing a handful of lettuce from a plastic bag. For a $10 salad that's fairly small, though it did come with fries, I would at least expect some romaine. There was a bit of arugula so I'll give them that, but clearly I have a problem with iceberg lettuce. Maybe it's just me! Overall I'll definitely go back and try something else if I have the opportunity.
