  • I hate this time of year. Smog check season. I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Montereo that I love and I want to keep on the road. I saw their sign of $7.77 smog check thought it was a great deal because I usually pay $20 at the little hut by the gas station. I decided to go to USA auto because of the great deal and I didn't have to print anything. When I got there the staff was nice and friendly. They did the smog check and of course it did not pass. I know it's an older car with close to 180k in miles so I know it's gonna take some cash to keep it running. The mechanics took a look at it and they said I needed a new oxygen sensor. Not the end of the world. So they installed it and I drove around for a while. Came back and I passed smog! So happy I can hold on to this gem for another year. Go USA!!!!
