  • Dr. Budde is great. He addressed our concerns and has good bedside manners. The staff however, moves at a snail pace. No sense of urgency at all! It takes us 30 minutes to check in and another 30 minutes to check out. I was told by the staff that I had to wait 10 business days for a referral to a rheumatologist. That they will MAIL me a referral. Never heard of it. Be prepared to wait.
