  • I've gone to this location on two separate occasions for two different items. The first time was for a tv. They were rude and knew nothing about what they were selling. Just recently I went looking for a tablet. Same thing, I knew more about their product than they did and they didn't like that. I've gone to the northland location and our sales guy was awesome. I would go ANYWHERE else before I go to this Future Shop. These guys work on commission and they don't know the differences in their product. The Best Buy near this location on the other hand was amazing. Go there first!
