  • Sales people are pleasant and delivery guys are great. However from an overall perspective things are not the way they should be. You ask why? 1) Purchased a $1000 fire pit on Memorial Day weekend. Their advertisement said "no tax and free delivery." That's very deceiving. To get that you have to purchase 3 pieces - thus we paid tax and delivery. 2) The crushed glass in the fire pit in the store looks good. However what they give you when it gets delivered is HALF of what they show in the store. They use the excuse that is what the manufacturer recommends. Sadly a store like Paddy O's refuses to give you just a little bit more. Very disappointing. 3)Memorial Day Sale? Saw the identical fire pit on the Internet for the identical price so I don't think we really got a sale price. I think we will go to American Outdoor Fine Furniture next time since their only 1 mile from Paddy O's.
