  • I made my first trip to Lotus Food this weekend to pick up ingredients for an Asian-style salad, which I posted about on my blog (www.cookingthestrip.com). I was very impressed with the variety of Asian spices and sauces. They also carry a great selection of fresh specialty Asian produce and herbs, most of which I have not seen anywhere else, especially your typical grocery store. I was also excited to see that they are open until 6pm on weeknights, which is later than all other Strip District specialty shops - I'll definitely be making more trips there in the future!
