  • I have had a generally bad experience with this company. The installer was very nice, but their office staff is not good. They lost my first appointment, I spent an entire afternoon at home waiting for the installer and when I called to ask, the woman was quite rude, said it was my fault, and then said they would be there the following day and hung up on me. My window for the following day was 1-4pm, and they did not show up until after 5pm. No one, at any point, offered any sort of apology. I've now wasted two entire afternoons waiting for them. I won't be using them again and recommend you do not either.
