  • My AC went out overnight middle of July. I called Mojave Air based on yelp reviews. This was an outstanding choice. They responded in 4 hours as opposed to 2 days for a couple of other companies I called first. Josh arrived, listened while I explained what happened and what I did to fix it and went to work. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and had an estimate for me. The fan motor had failed. He had a replacement with him. He replaced the fan making sure the spacing for the blades was set for optimal flow. He checked the wiring and coolant levels on both the broken unit and the second unit also. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Mojave Air is now my "go to" HVAC company. I even called my in-laws and recommended to they call Mojave for their AC tune-up they were talking about. Excellent service needs to be known and Mojave provided it and the discount for finding them on yelp was nice. I don't post a lot but when I do it is accurate and I tell it like it is.
