rev:text	I cannot believe that the Westin and this management allowed such a terrible experience to occur. My friend is a religious Jew observers the sabbath so I put his name down before he arrived so that they would let him in. I confirmed that he would be ok by calling back....but he ended up waiting 2 hours in the lobby and the manager was extremely rude to him. The people next to me were listening to music all night which isn't the hotels fault. Phone in the room was broken and I had to walk down to concierge or call them from my cell. My necklace was stolen 100% by room service I filed a complaint with security but they have not followed up with me and it has been four days. There were empty condom boxes in the bottom of the closet. Which I ignored but was gross. There was an opened and almost full condom box in the second draw of the nightstand....gross When I got my car from the valet, all compartments were wide open. I didn't leave them like that. I've never written a bad review about like his but I am shocked that a flagship hotel like The Westin allowed this to happen. The building is new, most of staff is very nice but there is something strange going on there. My experience was a 1/10 at best. Not what I was expecting.
