Only issues I had was in getting there at 9:20 and my appointment was at 9:30am and no one was at the front desk so I sat down and waited. At 9:30 no one was at the front desk. Finally about ten or 15 minutes later the dental hygienist came up to the lobby and got me. I found out that they have a meeting in the morning and so that was what was happening. I did not see a sign. Also the ipad was not working to check in. The previous gals name stayed on the ipad. Maybe if you would just verbally or by email tell the first persons in that there will be a meeting going on when they come over and to just sit and wait and someone would come and get them. It would have been nice to know that. I came in to take an earlier appt than what was scheduled. My original appt was at 11 and the receptionist called to see if I could come in earlier. She could have told me what was going on. The other gal and I wondered what was going on. It was kind of maddening to not know and just wait. I realize you need company meetings but I just think you need to let your clients know that. However, I suppose you may think that people will be late if you tell them the truth. Sad how the world has changed. I plan to always be on time. The dentist and staff are very nice and I do like the work they do. Plan to go back for another cleaning in a few months. I would recommend this dentist to anyone searching for a place to go. One more thing I want to mention. I have a bad back and their dental chairs are very comfortable for someone with a bad back.
