What a terrible experience. Familiar with all the local Vegas yoga studios, my bf convinced me to try his gym for once. My bf got me a guest pass from the trainer yesterday, so when I went today for the first time to try out this gym, I was told I can't use it and had to pay a guest fee because I didn't have a local Nevada ID. I moved to Vegas and didn't get a local ID card yet but I have a residency in Vegas already. The point is, I travel every week for work and I have never been to a gym in any city that denies someone even if they are a non-local. The manager was so unfriendly about it, it's enough for me to not want to sign up for a membership at all. Please don't boast about your promotions when you don't even let new comers try out your gym even once to see what it's like. I was forced to give 1 star in order to leave a comment but I really wanted to give 0. Other fitness studios across town - from yoga, barre, spinning have been way more welcoming. I was prepared to ask about memberships after my gym session too.
