  • I came for gel polish during lunch break and the girl that did my nails was very nice and did a good job. However, my nails started chipping 3 days later. I called to speak with the manager Tracey and told her about my problem. I made an appointment for her to fix it. 6 of the 10 nails were chipped. She decided to take all of them and do it completely over. Most places would only fix the affected ones. She was very personable and did a great job. I decided to get the polish changed on my toes after getting a bad, rushed paint job last week. She took the time to cut, shape and soak my feet before polishing them. Whereas the other establishment I went to only pretended to file them down. Thanks for going above and beyond Tracey. I appreciated the service above all else.
