  • I agree with the previous review, but wanted to add our experience. My elderly mother uses an electric cart we purchased new from A-1 a couple of years ago. It stopped running the other day. We called A-1 and they gave us a 1 week pickup for service. She was not happy! A-1 called us the next day and said she shouldn't have to wait that long, and they would pick it up that day, which they did. They then returned it the following day. Boy! Was mom happy!! Great service. Thanks Tad.
