  • I would love to say this is 3.5 stars. The trendy atmosphere and downtown locale will make a great spot for a business lunch or dinner. It is relatively easy to find and get to, but you will likely pay for parking (think about $1 per hour). The tables were clean and tidy, along with the rest of the dining area. The prices are more than fair and you can see the effort in their presentation of the meals. We ordered the crispy wings, not necessarily traditional, but they were crispy, flavorful, and tender inside. The traditional spring rolls were fresh but bland. The peanut sauce served along side it was slightly too sweet, but others loved it. Now... for the pho! The soup came in a clay pot with the usual fresh basil, mung beans, jalapeño, and limes. This plate was freshly cut and chilled for a zesty compliment to the broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the broth was not overly salted. They only have siracha as a chili sauce - but order a side of it if you like your pho a little spicy - as theirs can seem pale compared to more traditional resturants. I'm sure pickier eaters will do well with this version of pho of they have not liked it in the past. Service was great even with this being a 'soft' opening. Our server was accomodating, friendly, and let us be during most of our meal.
