  • Over promised-Under delivered BIG TIME! Went in with a cracked screen, came out with a phone that's completely INOPERABLE! I was told several times that the reason it was taking so long (told it would take 1.5 hours, actual time= 5 days) was their tech was working on getting the speaker to work properly-no mention that the phone was completely ruined. When I picked it up their suggestion was, "go into Verizon and tell them the phone just stopped working", in other words, lie to Verizon because they ruined my phone. I wouldn't allow them to work on a toy phone!
