  • Beware!! My girls have been coming to this office for almost 6 years. We found them through yelp and had amazing reviews, at the time they've only been open for a year and their office had expanded so much since then. Back in 2012 my youngest daughter who was only 2 1/2 at the time seen Dr. Jensen and told us she has 8 cavities and needed to do filling and before we agreed to do the procedure, they told us how much my insurance would cover and how much we would pay out of pocket and after the procedure we paid and took care of all the out of pocket expenses and told us that everything is good. Then 5 1/2 years later we get a bill for $507!!! From the procedure after we were told everything was ok and in the bill it does not explain what the bill is for. It only said "balance forward" (photo attached) so my husband went to the office and spoke to a lady (didn't get her name) because we wanted an explanation on what the procedure we are getting billed for (filling, anesthesia, etc.) and why only now after 5 1/2 years later. The only answer we could get from them was "a procedure from 2012" not very helpful. My dental insurance hasn't change so what is the $507 for. My family used to like this place and the people who used to do my children's cleaning were very nice but it's time to find them a new dentist, I don't like how after being loyal to them for almost 6 years that we are now getting ripped off and getting billed for an unexplained bill. This is just shady!!
