  • Never been here before & will NOT come back! Standing in concession line for over 15 min waiting for customers in front of us complaining that there's no pizzas or hot dogs ready on a Friday night they had ONE PERSON working. And they have members only line who appersntly don't have to wait inline so while I'm standing there waiting they kept helping that line even tho I'd been there WELL before They even showed up! Waited to the point I left with NOTHING because my movie was starting. The other guy behind the counter LITERALLY ignored me after I politely said something to him I only wanted a EFFEN drink. Went to my seat empty handed PISSED! Couldn't even purchase a bottle of water even tho I had been waiting ahead of several "club members"! Was going to order popcorn hot dog the whole bit... the. It came down to can I just get damn bottle of water? Still they just ignored everyone in general line. There was even another guy behind counter have no idea what he was doing! UPDATE: after movie I spoke to manager after movie & he was useless. "Ahh.. ahh.." I told him if they're going to have a dedicated line so "club members" don't have to wait as the general people do than they should staff counter appropriately not IGNORE people who've been waiting over 15-20 mins!! I'll never go back here & REFUSE to join any club just to get basic SERVICE!
