  • Horrible for anything beyond what's on the shelf. I have been dealing with a bathroom vanity since thanksgiving. Yep 6 months later and still no progress. Had to call the assistant manager to get this resolved. Even that hasn't been fun. He is incredibly helpful but I have to ask, why did it have to get to this point. And why are the vendors selected by HD and the complicated vetting process so shitty? Perhaps the HD vetting isn't so awesome. Now, calling corporate offices to bitch at them. And SOMEONE needs to pay me for my time dealing with this SNAFU
