  • Went in last month for a regular wash and was sold on a detail service which I did need, so I bought it. What sold me the most was the employee told me they could get out all the water spots our car had on both sides. I also knew the inside was going to get super dirty from an upcoming camping trip. Well, last week I brought it I'm excited for the detail. When I told the employee I was dropping it off for a detail he told me "oh ok, we are doing the inside only?" I told him no, I thought it was inside and out. He proceeded to show me on the receipt that it was for the inside only. I was SO pissed considering the previous employee sold me on "we can get out all your water spots". They told me it would be extra. I told them I was upset that I felt misled and told them F that, just do the inside. The employee who actually detailed the inside was pleasant and wanted to make sure I checked out the whole inside and make sure I was happy with it. When I got home I found 3 large spots they missed but I guess you truly do get what you pay for here. I'm never going back. Also, be prepared if it's your first time coming, to be approached about repairing your windshield and buying a detail. They are pushy...
