  • The only thing this complex has going for it now is location. When it was a Camden property, the staff and maintenance were exceptional, providing good, prompt service to its residents. Unfortunately they decided to sell out to a group of investors who take no personal interest, and enlisted AMC to run operations. AMC, since taking over has added CAM fees which fluctuate from month to month, varies from tenant to tenant. Then there's Danielle, Property (NON) manager, a piece of work, who'd rather avoid tenants than deal with issues. Many issues have to be taken over her head to get any kind of response. A decent looking property, however nowhere worth the increasingly high rent and additional fluctuating CAM fees. Do yourself a favor, if you see the signs, roll on by.......
