I loved my dinner at Muddy Waters. I had some of the best oysters I have ever had as a starter. The oyster platter came with 3 extra sauces to try besides the basic mignonette. For dinner I went with a nightly special that was recommended by my bartender. I am very glad I took his reco, it was my first time having grilled octopus as an entree. It came with 2 huge tentacles, dirty cheesy grits and okra. I cleaned my plate, it was incredible. The dirty cheesy grits had sausage, chicken livers and cheddar cheese. They had a nice beer selection as well as an interesting cocktail menu. I will definitely be back to try some of their Po Boys when I am back in town.
