rev:text	I went here because a friend recommended it, though she went to the downtown location, thought I'd try this place coz its closer to me- also I got a good deal through a website. I took a friend with me who also has curly hair. The lady I got- Shawnita wasn't even friendly. She asked me if I wanted to keep the length of my hair I said yes she even showed me how much she would cut- about an inch... She cut over 4 inches off me! Before I could say anything it was all too late. I already had previous highlights and they had grown out, I wanted the same color highlights I had. After all was said and done I was so blonde(my highlights were a light brown). It was uneven, some places were more blonde than others and she missed a few spots as well. She was so unprofessional. My friend on the other had requested caramel highlights and she ended up getting a dark red... You could hardly see a change to her already dark hair. We only went here coz of the deal we got but we would never go again or recommend it to anyone. I would have never paid what they charge ($200 plus!!) for what they did to my hair, I hated it so much when I got home I dyed it black and seriously cried.... I know it will grow back but still It took me forever to grow my hair that long! HATE THIS PLACE!!!
