Business Checking Account. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. Poor customer service, a fee for every little thing (including cash deposits), and creative accounting on their part to extract more fees.
Forget about customer service as well. They do not listen or take any kind of ownershp of your issue. The last straw for me was dealing with Jose, who never called back when he said he would, maintained another conversation while supposedly helping me on the phone, and in general seemed to be more entertained with my problem than to assist me with it.
Do yourself a big favor and bank somewhere else. I know I'm going to be.
