  • Carpet Monkeys came and cleaned my pottery barn sofa a couple of years ago. The service was average, but not exceptional. The sofa came clean, however, to get five stars I would expect them to cover their shoes with booties before entering the home, or offer to take their shoes off. A lot of over spray got onto our wool rug which they did not cover. For a five star review, I would expect them to cover other furniture and rugs to ensure this does not happen. I originally posted this 3 star review, which is not bad, but is my review for average and not exceptional work. The owner of the company started calling me at 6am following my original 3 star review and wouldn't stop calling and leaving messages while I was at work. I removed my review to stop the phone calls. Do exceptional work and five stars will come. 3 stars is not bad, it's average, to be expected work.
