The meal was pretty much perfect from start to finish.
This was one of the best meals I've ever had.. But also the most expensive. My feelings echo a lot of the other reviewers' in that the food was essentially flawless and that the piglet risotto was the best dish - the foie gras shavings melted and completed the dish perfectly. I will say that although the scallops were good, we could've done without them. The Chasse et peche (we got lobster & steak) was cooked well but the $62 price tag hurt a bit. I got the Bombe for dessert and the chocolate-caramel tart was extremely sweet but it was offset nicely by the dark chocolate sorbet. I also tried a bit of the Aurora and the yogurt sorbet, apricots, and caramel cake were nice and refreshing.
Props to the servers for the unpretentious service and accommodating us by splitting all the dishes for us (all pictures show half portion sizes except for the scallops and desserts).
If I could only choose one dish from this restaurant, I would recommend the risotto because it was to die for.
