  • Dental services provided by Bryan Kreeb are fine. However be careful regarding your insurance. I have a PPO plan through Met Life that covers cleanings, x-rays, etc., 100%. Prior to the appointment, I talked to the scheduler at Kreeb who told me that Kreeb accepted Met Life, that Kreeb was a Met Life provider and that cleanings would be covered under my PPO plan. After having dental service preformed I kept getting bills from Kreeb. Met Life said they would only pay what "was reasonable" and Kreeb over billed for services. I called Kreeb and first person who answered the phone told me that services are covered by my PPO dental plan but the next person at Kreeb told me that they are affiliated with any insurance plan and the way Kreeb bills for services may not be covered by insurance. I am not impressed with Kreeb practice management. The person taking the appointment should have warned me that costs would not be covered with Met Life PPO. Do not rely on representations by Kreeb staff, Call your insurance company before making an appointment here.
