  • Review based on service only, would have given 0 stars if I had the chance. We had Kaitlyn helping us tonight and I've never been so disappointed. It took her over 10 minutes to come greet the table. After that it took another 10 minutes until I had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to make me a drink since she failed to bring it to me. Our food came out correctly, yet she didn't bring the food out to us and only asked if we needed anything after we had already eaten everything. She took forever to pick up our tab and overall just wasn't a good server. Not once did she apologize for how incredibly slow she was working and didn't have an ounce of personality. I love Hulas and come often, but if I ever have this server again I will most likely walk out. The food is amazing but it's not worth spending money here if I have to wait forever to receive it. Overall food is 5/5 stars, but your service needs work...
