  • Today my boyfriend and Myself went to a movie, bought a drink and popcorn and sat down to enjoy 2guns. Right as the movie started we had a family emergency and needed to leave immediately. I expected them to refund the tickets since the movie hadn't even started and I was kind of bummed thinking I just wasted 13 bucks on food and to my surprise the clerk that helped me offered to refund the entire purchase. I was extremely pleased and really appreciated the fact that they didn't ask questions and took care of me no questions asked!!! best customer service I have ever received and will definitely return!!
