  • I recently got a mani/pedi at Revelations and I have to let you know- I was incredibly disappointed. I bought a groupon as a special treat, and drove all the way from Cleveland Heights to try the salon. After almost 2 hours I came home to remove all of my nail polish and do it myself. I did not say anything while I was there because I did not want to hurt my manicurist's feelings, and he was trying very hard, and he was at the register when I usually would have asked to talk to a manager. I sent pictures of what my french manicure looked like- and that wass after several rounds of him trying to "fix" it, redoing nails, and asking if it was OK. The tips were terribly jagged and unveven, and the polish was gloppy. Even my husband said it looked like a 5 year old did it. I also have to mention that during the appointment he repeatedly wiped his nose and face (WHILE HE WAS DOING MY TOES!!!) and ran his fingers through his hair- which struck me as terribly unsanitary. The manager and she told me too bad. I will NEVER go back here and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
