The vestibule between the entrance's two sets of sliding glass doors smelled of foul body odor... there were several sports teams who were staying there that same evening, but the smell was there the several times that we went in and out of the doors. The lobby was nicely decorated.... although I didn't sit down, the chairs looked comfortable.
The hotel provides a nice makeup remover towelette which is great for late arrivals, so I don't have to dig through my luggage to find mine before bedtime. They also provide generous sample sized Pantene shampoo and conditioner which is a great plus.
The pool was a nice average size, including a motorized chair to help disabled people get in and out of the water.
The hot tub had very powerful jets, but wasn't very hot, and didn't have a way for us to increase the temperature. The no slip seats are very rough... it will not be a big deal for anyone wearing shorts, but definitely if you're just in a bathing suit.
The service checking in wasn't phenomenal, but our view more than made up for it.
