  • Oh-m-gee I wish I could give this place zero stars!! Stopped by to get my daughter some french fries and it turned into an ordeal where I had to call the corporate office. I pulled up to the first window to pay and the guy gives me an hour glass stating that they are working on increasing their time and if the hour glass runs out before I receive my food I would receive a free cheeseburger....okay no big deal. I was hoping that it didn't run out but sadly it did...I get to the second window and the moron there asks me if I ordered fries and I said yes and then he asks is that it? I said no I ordered a frozen lemonade too...he then says the machine is broken and that it would be fixed in a couple of minutes...meanwhile I handed him the hourglass that had run out...he closes the window and a few seconds later came back and says the machine is broken for the lemonade machine...yes I heard you the first time idiot...then he leaves again and this time when he comes back he miraculously has the frozen lemonade...so I'm like okay but the hour glass ran out so I should receive the free cheeseburger. The idiot proceeds to argue with me that it is now after the cutoff time of 2pm and I'm like no dumb a** it is 1:56pm according to my phone...I was going to let it go BUT he was being a total jerk! He closes the window on me again and comes back and states the manager isn't there so he couldn't give it to me...at this point I'm irritated because why give me an hour glass and say if it runs out then I would get a free cheeseburger? So I angrily drive off and was going to drop it BUT I was like no it's the principle. So I called the restaurant to complain to the manager and the games continued with the little high schoolers and I'm like forget it I will just call corporate in which the store is under...spoke to someone really nice that took my complaint seriously. I will update as I hear back from the owner!
