  • Vegan alert- Tonight I went to The Counter in downtown Phx, and the main reason is because this restaurant has something unique in the vegan world, which is The Impossible Burger! I had an Impossible Burger salad. I had an Impossible Burger on Ciabatta. I had their shoestring fries, and then I couldn't eat anymore. This place is a gem downtown. It was not crowded in the least, it was decorated like Christmas, well-lit, good music, and a great wait staff. I recommend this place for any vegan who really wants to enjoy an Impossible Burger, and believe me they are good! The counter is open till 9 p.m. so you can get off work and take your time and enjoy a great vegan meal. Merry Christmas.
