  • We had a last minute emergency where we had to get a copy of our wedding certificate. I obtained the email address of the Marriage Bureau and sent my email asking for an urgent reply. Bart called us right away that morning, and was able to overnight it to us. He was really terrific in understanding our need and helped us in the most professional manner.
