| - We were able to order and picks our seats online, so all the convenience associated with that was nice. I came here on a Saturday for a 4:10pm movie. It wasn't too busy when we arrived. We were able to get to the theater and our seats relatively easy. We arrived right as the advertisements started so lights were turned off. All the key areas (aisles, row numbers, tables, seats) were lit accordingly, making it easy to identify walking areas. The seats themselves are pretty spacious and comfortable. FYI, they don't recline. For every couple seats, there was a table. Underneath the table, there was dim, non-intrusive lighting we used to view the menu. Menu options were wide and diverse. There were a lot of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. We ordered the chips and queso for a snack. It turned out to be pretty good! If you're paying by card, they take your card number at the beginning and are able to close out your tab at the end without interrupting you.
Service was excellent. Everyone was quick, helpful and nice. When we were seated, someone came right away to explain everything to us. They were very responsive every time we ordered placed an order. It was especially impressive since the signal to order consists of placing the piece of paper a certain direction, making it extremely easy to miss in a dark theater. When they gave us our check, everything was correct. I was impressed by the employees.
The facility itself was nice and well maintained. It was clean as far as I could tell. The front lobby is enormous, but they could make better use of the space, possibly adding in some sitting areas. The women's bathroom has a cool sitting/lounging area. I would definitely come back to this place. I am curious to see how service is during busier hours.
