  • This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've had in my 4 years of extensive travel. The hotel has recently gone through a renovation so there are updated rooms and banquet rooms/meeting spaces but what has got me raving about how amazing the hotel is: the staff. From the folks at the front desk to the valet to Luis and his manager Jorge in Banquets, Ann the Food Supervisor and Valentina in the restaurant/bar and Stacy/Summer who've helped us with organizing our meetings - I'm super impressed with how genuine everyone is here about taking care of their customers. Keep up the great work!
