  • Tom has been fixing my shoes for years, and now that I live out of the area I still drive to him. He has completely redone two pairs of Birkenstock sandals (plastic sole as well as cork bed), restitched dress shoes, and saved my favorite pair of flats from certain death. He also does a great job repairing luggage. He was able to match my missing wheel perfectly and install it securely. Plus, he is a nice guy, his prices are reasonable, and parking is very convenient. I highly recommend his services.
