  • First of all thank you to upper management for hiring cheerful, happy hostesses and servers. It's been awhile since I've ate here and something's I notice has changed but the execution is still missing the umami flavor. The fried chicken was hard and wasn't juicy and bland, the beef ribs were bland don't see why they can't use a little kosher sea salt or something else to make it more flavorful. Their stone crabs and king crabs were decent but their sushi still needs a lot of work. My server made me a custom fruit punch drink and it was awesome and I tipped him $20.00 for the excellent service too. Maybe I'll come here for the service but the food in the buffet was forgettable, for almost $50.00 it was disappointing.
