  • They are extremely rude. I have had problems with them entering my apartment and with fixing my windows. My windows let in cold air. They were completely frosted and I complained multiple times and nothing got done. My roommate and I eventually had to place pillows on the windows. They also give you a sheet of paper that says they will be entering your apartment everyday of this week. They may or may not enter your apartment. They have no sense of privacy. I really don't mind people coming into my apartment. I would just like to know for sure. When I complained, they were EXTREMELY rude. They definitely talk down to you. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them. Unfortunately my lease is not up and I am still stuck with them. You can always google them and confirm my review!
