  • Don't let the few negative reviews about management scare you. Perhaps there may have been a rough transition last year (which would be understandable), but management is absolutely fantastic here. Coming from a nice neighborhood in Los Angeles, I would say I have high expectations for service and quality, and Sunshine and Jonathan have exceeded my expectations. They've bent over backwards to accommodate me in the middle of my hectic relocation, and never have they acted any way other than completely kind, professional and proactive towards me. Thanks guys! The property is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous amenities. The gym is fantastic. The pool is huge and gorgeous, with fireplace, BBQ, cabanas. I was nervous moving into an apartment, because I'm a light sleeper and pretty sensitive to noise (nothing can be more frustrating than inconsiderate neighbors, right? You never know what you're going to get with a new environment). I must say, so far, all the tenants have been courteous and quiet. I haven't heard slamming doors and loud voices. I'm completely happy. Keep up the good work Sunshine and Jonathan!
