  • Autonation fixed the issue for free. Which is why I moved it from a one star to a three star rating. They did a front end alignment. Which I do not think was the issue, the steering wheel was installed incorrectly. It is a band aid for the issue. I asked to see documentation, stating there is only one was to install the steering wheel. I still have to see that. I just wonder what long term effects it will have? Here is my original review. "Horrible Service, do not buy from them.  I purchased a 2015 Tahoe from them and they did all my oil changes before now.  I notice an issues in my steering wheel. I brought it to AutoNation and they told me they would have to order the part and to bring the truck back next week, they would me they would have to replace the steering wheel.  After AutoNation replaced the wheel I noticed on the drive back I no longer was able to hold the steering wheel straight to go straight down the rode.  If I did do that it would go left.  If I was going straight down the road and barely hung on to the wheel the truck would continue straight down the road. So I know it was not an alignment issue. When I took the truck back the first thing the tech told me it was an  alignment issue, and I would have to pay to fix it.  I told him it did not do this before you replaced the steering wheel and why is it doing it now.  He turned and walked away saying I am not arguing about it. All AutoNation wanted to do was make me pay for an alignment for an issue they screwed up"
