While the reception desk reps are very friendly, don't let the beautiful pictures on their website fool you. I have stayed at several Residence Inn Hotels and this one was "a little shop of horrors". The bathroom was filthy; the toilet bowl was covered with feces from the previous guests. The bathroom counter and mirror were splattered with the previous guest DNA and if that was not enough, the bed sheets were not changed. The room was extremely dusty so I couldn't breath. When I looked behind the night table, I was horrified to see the accumulation of dust. The grounds were decorated with dog feces which were not picked-up by their owners or the ground staff. After complaining to the front desk, we were promised to clean our room properly. It didn't happen. When we returned to our room, the only thing the housekeeper "cleaned" was the toiled bowl and left our towels on the dinning room table and not in the bathroom. Everything else remained the same. We left a note for their General Manager, Cyndie, but she never gave us a courtesy of a call to investigate the situation so it won't happen to another guest. This is a great place to take your mother-in-law if you don't like her. She'll never travel with you again!!!
