I visited FedEx this morning to print presentation decks prior to a meeting. Sadly, I must say this was not the most pleasant or quickest experience.
Walking into FedEx, I was not greeted and was left wondering about what my first steps were. I walked up to the counter for assistance, but the gentleman was on the phone. I was a little saddened when he got off the phone and did not approach me asking if I needed assistance. Once I figured out what I needed to do, the system where you pay and connect the USB was extremely slow. I mean really slow. The first packet printed nicely; however, the second packet did not print as intended and it could not be used for today's meeting. I was super flustered and approached the representative again. While he was able to help me, the overall experience was frustrating, it took way to long, and I wish that one of the two representatives would have asked if I needed help after the first time I approached the desk.
