  • We will NEVER EVER order a large appliance from Sears again. 6 months ago ordered a refrigerator to have 2 men deliver with no regard to the new appliance and literally drag it into the house not caring if they scratched the appliance .. they plugged it in and left. I then realized handles not on so I had to screw them on myself, no big deal but not happy. TODAY we had a dryer delivered, same 2 men delivered and questioned being able to get dryer in basement, MORE than enough room to deliver. With the help of my husband who is a professional mover they got it in place and said that's all they can do. WHAT I PAID FOR INSTALLATION that they refused to do. they were scheduled for delivery 2:30-4:30pm but delivered by noon (must blow everyone off on installation to be ahead of schedule) .. called to complain and was told someone can come out Saturday to install UNACCEPTABLE today is delivery and installation day. Driver called our home to say he got in trouble for not installing to which my husband said DO YOUR JOB AND YOU WON'T GET IN TROUBLE ... we had a tip set aside for the delivery crew that made a great dinner for us and we will NEVER NEVER buy from Sears appliances again!!!!!!!!!!
