  • Store # 1895 286 W. Lake Mead Henderson Nv. I came to make a large purchase for my pets and arrived here at 8:40 pm the store states it closes at 9 PM ! When I pulled up the store was completely locked and the lights were off! petsmart should state that they close at 8:40pm instead of 9 PM! I live 30 minutes away from the store so that's an hour drive time round trip and no dog food! I will now be driving further to go to Petco because they don't close their store 20 minutes early ! UPDATE: as I was writing this review two of the store employees pulled up to the store and got out and unlocked the store at 9 PM so I got out of my car I said excuse me are you closed?! they said yes, I said well next time you might want to close the store at 9 PM like it's posted instead of leaving early to go do your personal shopping because (mind you they had bags in their hands from a Halloween store ) because I told them I live 30 minutes away and now I can't make my purchase because you locked up the store early to go do your personal shopping! they didn't say anything and just closed the doors and locked back up so they could go back in and clock out at 9pm so their managers would think they were there until closing! This is beyond horrible customer service and I doubt the owner of Petsmart would want to know that employees are doing their personal shopping when they're getting paid to be working ! I am not happy at all and will be contacting corporate!
