  • Stunning views, great amenities! The pool is on the roof top and you get 180 degree look at Phoenix. It's my favorite part of the building that I can't wait to show my friends when they come over. Gated garage parking is a plus, but guest parking does tend to fill up. However, guests do get to park in the garage as well, which I think is a plus. My apartment is on the first floor, very spacious with high ceilings which makes my one bedroom feel roomier. Only downside is there are no ceiling fans. I had learned that it is a "commercial building" in which ceiling fans cannot be installed. Total bummer, but it wasn't a deal breaker. My floor fan has worked wonders. The leasing staff is awesome, especially Andrea! They are very attentive and care about getting to know their residents. Nurturing a sense of community is very important to them. Did I mention location? It is in the middle of everything from shopping to eclectic dining spots. I'm on year two and give a recommendation for those that are interested in living here.
