  • I have been getting my sides shaved at this place for about a few years now and I have always had my sides trimmed for $6. It's always just a side trim and never anything on top so I never get a full haircut. Tonight I had a woman named Anita (Asian lady) and it was the most horrible side trim ever ever! In addition to that she made a big deal about the $6 haircuts which I have always had. I come every week religiously to get my sides trimmed and I have never had an issue until tonight. Supposedly she is a manager and as a manager she should know that great customer service should always be instilled. She was rude and condescending in her tone. I am so ambarassed about the whole experience and the trim was not properly faded properly. She made it a point that next time I will never get that price and doesn't care if I come back. I left with such a disdain that I will file an online complaint with Great Clips and I willl also file a complaint with the better business bureau.
